By mapping pressure data to specific machine locations, this innovation now enables manufacturers to pinpoint where damaging forces or misalignments occur within the operational cycle. This precision has empowered customers to significantly reduce downtime, fine-tune container handling, and optimize machine setup across entire canning lines.
In addition, she authored the core logic used to detect scuffing patterns through high-resolution pressure and motion data. This capability allows for early identification of bottle-to-bottle contact points, enabling proactive prevention of cosmetic and structural container damage—long before it impacts quality or yields.
