With over a decade of experience in continuous improvement, Anaïs has worked across various industries, including her time at Redzone Production Systems, where she successfully implemented plant floor technology solutions across North America. Her work in this space has made her a trusted leader in guiding organizations through complex, large-scale technology transformations, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
