Pat Paya is a seasoned professional with over 42 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry. Currently self-employed, he dedicates his expertise to supporting the global food and beverage industry. Pat’s notable roles include Senior VP Operations at Coca-Cola Refreshment, where he developed national supply chain strategies and fostered an operational excellence culture. He also served as President/ Chief Supply Chain Officer at Coca-Cola East Japan Products, overseeing its transformation into an efficient and technologically advanced supply chain. During his tenure as VP of Supply Chain at The Coca-Cola Company, Pat played a crucial role in constructing manufacturing plants and ensuring their efficient operation. He also held the role of VP – Manufacturing, managing Minute Maid manufacturing in North America. Pat’s international experience includes being the Group Director of Supply Chain Operations at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where he supported plant operations in 28 countries. Throughout his career, Pat’s leadership and commitment to supply chain excellence has left a lasting impact on the industry.
